Refund Policy

If Struna isn't for you, we'd rather refund you cleanly than make you argue for it. This page is the full version of the refund clause in our Terms of Service.

1. What this covers
This policy covers the Struna License, purchased once through Lemon Squeezy at bridgo.dev/struna/buy. It doesn't cover other products BridGO may sell in the future unless they link here.
2. The 14-day guarantee
You can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date, for any reason — it doesn't have to be a problem with the app. We know Struna already gives you a 14-day free trial before you ever pay; this is a second, independent 14 days after you buy, in case something changes your mind afterward.
3. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the address you used at checkout, with your order number or the email Lemon Squeezy sent you. We'll confirm and process it directly with Lemon Squeezy — no forms, no retention pitch. Refunds typically land back on your card or payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
4. What happens after a refund
Your license key is deactivated once the refund is processed. Struna itself isn't removed from your Mac and keeps working as the Free edition — the same experience you had during your trial's core features, just without the license unlocks. Nothing about your local music library, playlists, or settings is affected.
5. Chargebacks
If something's wrong, please email us first — a refund is faster for you than a bank dispute, and it's how we find out something needs fixing. Filing a chargeback without reaching out first may delay resolution and can result in your license being deactivated while the dispute is investigated.
6. Your statutory rights
This 14-day guarantee is on top of, not instead of, any refund or withdrawal rights the law already gives you as a consumer in your country — including, where applicable, the EU/UK right of withdrawal for digital purchases. Nothing on this page limits those rights. Purchases are also subject to Lemon Squeezy's own Terms of Use, our Merchant of Record for the transaction.
