1. Acceptance of these Terms
By installing or using Struna, or by browsing or using any part of bridgo.dev, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the software or the website.
2. The software: Struna
Struna is a native macOS application for playing music you already own — local files, folders as playlists, and internet radio. BridGO may release updates, add features, or adjust the built-in radio catalog over time; these Terms apply to every version of Struna unless we publish separate terms for a specific release.
3. Free tier and trial
Struna installs with a 14-day trial of the full experience, starting from your first launch — no account or credit card required. After the trial, Struna keeps working as a Free edition with core playback features (local playback, folders as playlists, the built-in widget, and the standard themes); it is never disabled or time-locked. Purchasing a license (below) unlocks the full customization and personalization features described on bridgo.dev at the time of your purchase, and removes the Free edition notice.
4. Purchasing a license
Struna licenses are sold through Lemon Squeezy, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record, at bridgo.dev/struna/buy or the linked checkout page. The price shown at checkout is what you pay; Lemon Squeezy handles the charge, applicable sales tax or VAT, and emails you a license key. By purchasing, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy's own Terms of Use and Consumer Terms, which govern the payment transaction itself.
5. License grant and restrictions
Subject to these Terms and a valid license, BridGO grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Struna on the devices you own or control, up to the device limit shown at checkout. Your license activates online through Lemon Squeezy's License API and, once confirmed, keeps working offline — a missing internet connection will never lock you out of an activated copy.
"$19.99, one time" covers the current major version of Struna (2.x) forever, including every 2.x update, free. A future major version (3.x, if released) may be offered as a separate purchase, likely at a discount for existing license holders — we won't ask you to pay again for updates within the version you bought.
You may not resell, rent, sublicense, or share your license key, circumvent or disable the activation system, or redistribute the application outside the channels BridGO provides. Struna's icon, name, and design are BridGO's; you're licensed to use the app, not to repackage or resell it.
If BridGO ever discontinues the license activation service, we'll make reasonable efforts to release an update that removes the online activation requirement, so copies already purchased keep working.
6. Refunds
If Struna isn't for you, email [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase for a full refund, no questions asked. Refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy back to your original payment method. This doesn't limit any additional refund or cancellation rights you have under the law of your country. See our full Refund Policy for details.
7. Radio catalog and third-party streams
Struna's built-in radio catalog links to publicly available internet radio streams operated by third parties. BridGO doesn't own, control, or guarantee the availability of these streams, and playing them is subject to each station's own terms. If you add your own stream URL, you're responsible for having the right to listen to, and where relevant rebroadcast, that content.
8. Acceptable use
Don't use Struna or bridgo.dev to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, interfere with the service — including attempts to overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer license activation — or attempt to access parts of the software or site you're not authorized to use.
9. Intellectual property
BridGO owns Struna's code, design, name, and logo, and all future BridGO applications, except for third-party components used under their own open-source licenses. Nothing in these Terms transfers that ownership to you — you receive a license to use the software, described above.
10. Your content stays yours
Your music files, playlists, and library organization remain entirely yours. BridGO claims no rights over the content you play in Struna, and — consistent with our Privacy Policy — that content never leaves your device through the app.
11. No warranty
Struna and bridgo.dev are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BridGO is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost data, profits, or music library issues, arising from your use of Struna or bridgo.dev. Where liability can't be excluded, it's limited to the amount you paid for your license.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate a license if these Terms are seriously or repeatedly violated (for example, key sharing or fraud), typically after reasonable notice where practical. You can stop using Struna and delete it at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including ownership, warranty disclaimers, and liability limits — do.
14. Changes to the software or these Terms
Struna evolves — features can be added, changed, or retired between versions. If we change these Terms in a meaningful way, we'll update the date above and note significant changes on our changelog. Continuing to use Struna or bridgo.dev after a change means you accept the update.
15. Governing law
We'd always rather resolve a concern directly — email [email protected] first. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory consumer protection rights you have under the law of your country of residence. Purchases made through Lemon Squeezy are additionally governed by Lemon Squeezy's own Terms of Use for the payment transaction itself.
